I had a pretty good experience
I know most of the reviews are bad but please hear me out on my experience. The man who advertised this to us was so nice and helped us buy our tickets. I will say that they were expensive but it shows you so much. Anyways, on the actual day of the bus ride everything went well and we were having a great time. Sometimes when the bus stops to pick up and drop people off it takes a while but you can relax and listen to the music while you wait because people are able to get on or off when they would like. The bus driver was very nice and told us where to get off for the statue of liberty. We ran into trouble getting to the boat to go see it because the bus had brought us too late but when we asked for help a man was very nice and let us go to the next boat. Everyone we met and talked to was extremely nice and accommodating. I’m sorry if you did not have the same experience but i just wanted there to be something positive so people won’t be so discouraged from doing this.Claire Cady
Scammed!
Beware of this company! We were approached in the street to take this bus tour! We let the man know we had 4 hours and he assured us this was plenty of time to see many sites and hop on and off in a few places we mentioned! He assured us we would not wait more than 15 min at a stop. At the first stop to board the bus we waited for a long time. When the bus came only 4 people could get on - the line was 70+ people! After an hour, we realized this was not going to work for us! We found the man who sold us the tickets and asked for a refund, as it was clear we were not going to get in the bus. The man was kind but obviously gave us false information! He put a manager on his cell phone and he refused to refund us despite posting $180 cash and never using it. He offered for us to come to an office far away. However, now we had 90 min left in NYC and we have 2 small children. Customer service offered to let us use the tickets for 12 months - however, we live on the west coast! I asked for a refund but they refused! Basically scanned out of $180 at Christmas! If they do come around to offer us a refund I will update this review.

Don’t waste your time or money
The price was outrageous and not all the stops that were on map had buses coming to them> several were closed and we were passed up 2 times and attendants had no explanation!WE 14
Horrible experience
Waiting 2 hours for nothing basically, went through the tour and paid $200 to go to get on a ship and see the statue of liberty in person. When we got to the point where we had to get on the ship they told us that the ships is only until 4:00 pm. This was basically a whole scam and they scammed us out of $200. Don't waste your money on this.sndnbdhsjapqpqoq
worst place ever.
they make tickets price so high to the point they could be 40-50 dollars high. they make you wait in long lines for you not to get on before. i waited almost 2 hours for them to put people THAT WERE BEHIND me in the line first!! they also yell at you when you try asking simple questions. such bad service and they don’t have respect to their customers!!🤦♀️👎🏼.natalie28life
Not worth the money
Staff is rude and not helpful. Cheaper to take the subway to your destinations! This attraction is way too overpriced.KhayMuffin

don’t waste your money
it was expensive and if you go in the summer it is real real hot . if you have a big party go to the first stop cause after that … it’s no room. it cool how you can ride around and listen about stuff. hop on and off stops after a certain time . the night tour is the best one honestly. yea i told y’all cause no one told meroyal_ty
It is Horrible.
We wait for 3 hour to get on the bus. 2.5 hours get to the place want to see liberty. When we get there.you have to walk long distance to get there. When we finally get there. They told us. We need wait another 2 hours to get on the cruise. (The tickets seller tell us every hour have one).
We give up.
TheService people there are so mean.
Will never go again.

Never use this company
Scanners did not work so they kicked us off bus. Asked for refund and they denied it. They got a working bus and invited people on. We tried to get on and they denied us entry with no refund. Supervisor told us to F off.BUDDY6861
