App doesn’t work
“initialisation failed” I’ve deleted the App several times and tried to download it again and again but it still doesn’t work.
Very disappointed with it and such a waste of money. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Sorry for the issue. We are working on a fix to reduce the amount that needs to be downloaded first go, but this data allows you to access lots of stuff offline. So fix your app now, either clear the app cache, or delete the app and re-download it when you have a good internet connection. Once that initial download it done, it should be happy.

App has been downloading offline docs for 4 hours

Hi Ruby, sorry for my late reply, only just saw this. If you clear the cache (or delete the app and download it again) it should be happy. With a reasonable internet connection this download should take about 1-2 mins. So sorry it did not work for you. Maybe try this new version.

Sorry for the disappointment and my slow response. This seems to be caused when a file was corrupted in the download, we have added new code to deal with that better. If you clear the app cache (or delete the app and reinstall it) that first page should load in a few mins. Sorry, I know this would have been more helpful ages ago.
Good app with some unique information
Nice set of short notes and photos.
The hazards section detailing open sections exposed to weather etc is not something I’ve seen else where.

Sorry for the hassle and my very slow response. If you still want to try it again, you can clear the cache (or delete the app and install it again) and the download will start again. It should only take a few minutes. Sorry I did not see this when you had the issue.
