Great app. One of the best apps amongst Nigerian banks. But maybe you guys could improve a little by making dark mode on the apps an option! Apples users I’m sure would greatly appreciate it. Just a thought!nexxxi

Ever since my mother needed money for treatment urgently and I used my sterling bank to send the money to her it kept pending for hours it didn’t even go through until I went to the bank so if my mother needed surgery and I make a payment she won’t get it because of your useless bank policy I hate you guys with passion that’s why I switched to opayShow lessAdeleke Adenuga

Transfer error
This bank app is never the best for me because the money been sent to me since on the 16th of November 2022 has not been seen till now, the person who did the transfer has gone to his own bank and they said it’s has been delivered from their own side, and I texted and I contacted my relationship manager from OneBank and he asked me to provide my account number and session Id to know if the transaction has been approved, and I provided it and I did not heard from him again and I contacted him again, and he asked me for the information I provided the first time and I gave him till today being 14, January 2023 I have not seen it yet and I don’t know how they want to solve this issue.
I need a reply from them to know what is going on!!!!!Show lessGoddybambam
