I did a transfer and I was debit when it didn’t go through now am even finding it difficult to login to the app it just so 😠 I expected more from sterling you just gave me reason to start using another banknklkgg

I can’t even transition from onepay to this useless app. How do you replace something that works with something that has bugs and doesn’t function properly. I have been trying to register on OneBank for days but keep getting error. Zero stars. I have been stuck on verify and onboard for days now how do I get pass this??? Customer care doesn’t even help asking me to use ussd… smh! So frustrating! I was busy boasting sterling has the most unproblematic app till this useless transition.Show lessCassiechii
