Good for screen time
This is a good way to check how much hours my kid has been playing also to see what he spends his money on ! I’ve been able to catch him purchasing stuff without telling me so very useful if you have sneaky kids that like to spend ur money a lot! And an easy way to give them more screen time ! Like if they run out they can ask for more and I just put more! I gave it 4/5 because there are times where this app just randomly closes by its self and crashes and I have to uninstall it and download it again. Very annoying but useful app

Everytime I open this app it crashes since the last update. Super frustrating as now I can only approve requests by going through the website.

New update is faulty- app crashes immediately after opening
After the recent update, the app crashes immediately after opening. I have to now use the web page.

Overall ok, but it’s now crashing on a regular basis
The latest version has introduced a crash when approving requests. It crashes once when hitting approve, then every single time after on app load. The only way around it is to uninstall/reinstall, otherwise you can’t even get into the app.

Unusable currently
Worked fine until last week. Now crashes immediately after launch and is unusable.

Wow - Microsoft have been developing how long?????
My god…One of the major developers since computers have become mainstream and they still bring out this kind of buggy crappy software!?! Like others have mentioned - app crashes constantly making it completely useless! Ended up resorting back to using a web browser to add extra time/check child's laptop usage. Also noted another users review (posted 2023)! stating the same problem as myself only for the developer to respond to there being a network problem back in “2021” that has been sorted now??? This has got to be a bot response??

Since the latest upgrade this app is unusable. It crashes as soon as it opens up!
