Less information
I feel like I have less information than I did in the past. I liked being able to see the performance month over month and now can’t find that. Also wish I could see year over year or quarter over quarter.
Distribution
App is very easy to use. Now let’s see how long it takes to make distribution available! I recommend the app!

I really like the new design. I think it’s much easier to learn with all the reports. I liked the old one too. But this new style provides more information for improvement! I don’t like change but I think this change was worth it!

Rollover impossible
I’ve been trying to roll this over for over 8 months. Always something wrong with paperwork including submitting three times and STILL can’t rollover.

Saving User ID and Password
The App does not save the login information (I have an iPhone 14). I have to enter the information manually every time I use the App.
Love this app!
This is my first experience having a 401k so I’m definitely a bit lost. This app makes it so incredibly easy to understand exactly what my 401k is doing. It updates how much is contributed by my work and myself each payday, it tracks where my contributions are allocated and allows me to change it right from the app. I don’t need to worry about having my employer middle man my questions because this app handles everything!

Useless
Try to login, the app gives me an error “cookie not found.” No more information, no guidance on how to turn cookies on for the app. Deleted and redownloaded, same issue. When it was working, it would routinely lose my saved login info. Looking for a fix shows me they have two apps, one for premier accounts, that one seems to be the one they like to keep in shape I guess, the rest of us are out of luck.

Excellent, it helps me because it doesn't seem complicated for the senior people.
Down for a week now
I can login through my desktop computer no problem, yet as of November 1st 2023, the app has been down. I have the newest iPhone with the newest iOS AND most recent version of the app. I get thrown into a “biometrics” loop. This is very upsetting and annoying. I’ll change my review if the company can resolve these challenges yet this is just not right to consumers and customers. Grade F. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either.
