Can’t Log In
Much like other reviews, it doesn’t log in. You enter your log in ID and password and receive an error message saying Service Interrupted due to an outage or high customer demand. Meanwhile everything works fine if you log in through a web browser. Absolutely useless.

I was able to login through the website but through this app it says service unavaible
Can’t only login once then the app becomes obsolete.
After the first use every time I try to login it tells me that I am already logged in and doesn’t give any more options.

after putting the credentials it just stops as You are already logged in... then what now????
Not sure what everyone is upset about
The app works fine. I logged in and used my 2-factor authentication perfectly on the first try. It is nice to finally have an app to monitor my 401k. Thanks!
Welcome to 1997
This might be the worst finance app I have ever seen, not to mention it’s 2020 and this is the first app you’ve released? You have quite a lot of catching up to do. Functionality doesn’t work and it took me 60 minutes to be able to get past the login screen. Good thing I’m bored with the quarantine or I’d have given up 59 minutes ago.

Bad app as is.
This is all it does. I sign in. It tells me it send a one time passcode. I enter the passcode. It tells me I am already logged in. Nothing else comes up. Then I have to force shut down and then it does the exact same thing every time.
Get white screen on load
Cannot get app to load. Only get white screen after the initial logo is displayed. No customer support email shown on app support page.
