App only works half the time
It only works when it wants. Then When it does work I have to constantly re input my password. Needs to be fixed immediately. You’d think a company with trillions In assets could afford a decent app developer.
Can’t even get to login screen
I try opening the app and all I get is a logo splash screen and don’t get brought to the login screen. I get to the login screen sometimes, but I can’t always log in. Getting to the point where you can just see your account balance is a craps shoot. Please fix this. I think people would enjoy at least being able to see their balance.

Biometric doesn’t work
I can’t even toggle the biometric to turn on. Limited features, not user friendly.
Needs improvement
Faceid only works half of the time. The other half, I’m re-entering my password yet again.
Then, it wants to send me a text with a one-time password. The app can’t read the one-time password from the text like any other app. So, I leave the app to get the password from the text.
Then, when I get into the app, it takes me forever to find the performance of my investments. That should be the first thing the app shows.

Can’t even login
I’ve Tried downloading this app three different times it says my information cannot be found all the things are correct I login just fine on the website this is a bad app needs a lot of work
Doesn’t work...at all
This app is a pathetic joke. An embarrassment. Really, please fix it. It loads and then continues doing something until a giant red screen pops up and says error.
WORST APP EVER
How can you be a financial institution and have the worst app I’ve ever used. Games have better functioning app than you. GET WITH THE TIMES.
I used it perfectly fine for probably a year. Not the greatest app but really all I wanted to do was just check my balance. Not many other things were functional on there. And now every time I login it says to choose my delivery method and logs me out. I can’t even access the app anymore. I tried to log onto the website on a computer and choose my “delivery method” (for what, I don’t know). Nowhere on the website does it allow me to choose a delivery method for anything. Waste of time. Deleting the app. Maybe even changing my retirement account.

Features do not work
I am unable to turn on Touch ID. The biometrics option in My Profile -> Login Security is stuff in the OFF state and no matter how many times I tap on the slider, it will not turn ON. It works for other apps.
Terrible App
My company just got setup with a 401k plan and each employee was told to download the app. I can’t get past login screen. When I close the app and try it again it says you are already logged in, but there is nowhere to go. You’re stuck there. Pathetic.
Can’t login
Kept trying days after installed. Login works fine on website, and the website directs you to use this app (401k workplace plan) but I just keep getting an error saying my username/pass aren’t recognized. I thought 401k apps couldn’t get worse than TRP but alas I was wrong, this is useless.
