Not working
It is not working for me. Since the update, when I try to log in, it says “ somethibg went wrong”. 🙁
Doesn’t work - UX makes no sense
This app makes no sense. It was updated so you have to search to figure out even how to book a class, and that function is ALWAYS broken! Also I don’t understand the goals section - why does the Y need to be an all around fitness app? People need this app to view their account, make reservations, book classes..Just make it functional instead of confusing your users! Please change it back 😅

Cannot log in
I use my online credentials and can never log in. I’ve reset pw multiple times. No luck.
Rarely Works
Same feedback as others have shared. I have a metro membership and have selected locations that interest me. The filters function rarely works and when I attempt to register for classes, they are full in one screen and showing availability on another. I can rarely get into a class, let alone a lane for swimming. My membership is of little to no value at this point, which is sad because I have been a member more than 10 years.

Bad version!
Hard to find what you want, too many options, just hitchy and hard to use. Sometimes the classes come up and sometimes they don't.Previous version was superior.

What a great benefit to membership!
This app have everything in one place! Fitness, group ex, childcare options, before/after school options, branch offerings, and more! What a great one stop spot!
Confusing new layout
It used to be much simpler to make view/make class reservations, but this new layout is confusing. I hope an update is coming soon.
Workouts are awful
Building a workout is so complicated in this app. I tried for 20 mins with a friend to figure out what was going on. It’s so overly difficult. Then when you finally complete a workout you have to make sure to hit a check mark or it doesn’t count your activity points. Why not just count them when I say I’ve completed it? Why make it an additional step? Also the workout will appear on no less than 3 different screens within the app so you have no idea which one to go to for what you need. This app could have been so much simpler.

Love it!
Got the new version and am loving it! Reservations working well, plus there is this cool activity tracker that shows how I’m doing toward my health. I really want to get the points to close my circle and get to the next level. Works with my watch, too!

Thanks! Creating your own workout makes it easy to have a workout for each day or different focus areas, such as leg day or cardio day. You can create a whole library of different workouts for all the types of workouts you do!
