Reservations are cumbersome
Singling in with your phone or watch is great. But, booking swim lanes etc. could be so much easier....
Frustrated
Very frustrated with this app. I’ve deleted and reloaded several times but it hasn’t helped.
1. I filter the location I want but all locations appear.
2. I have to log in each and every time I was to reserve a swim lane and then sift through a lot of times and locations. By the time I get there what I want is never available.
3. I go on the moment the time arrives for making a reservation but never get what I want.
4. Have reached out to web support several times but as yet have not received a response.

Too many clicks!
I agree that it is difficult now to make a reservation for the pool. I’m having trouble doing it!!
Reservations part isn’t great
Not sure what happened but it used to be straightforward to make an aquatics class reservation. I’d click on reservations and a schedule of upcoming events would appear. Easy! Nie, After clicking on reservations, only a few types of events are listed. I have to click through programs, then aquatics, where a video of a swimmer starts playing, have to close that before getting to aquatic class types, then find my class type, then click on a schedule...too many clicks. By the time I get to to right page the class is booked.

Crashes constantly
Whenever I try to make a reservation for a class or pool lane, the app crashes and exits. The Y requires you to use the app to reserve classes or pool lanes. No other fitness offerings are available right now at the Y, so if you can’t use the app, you can’t use the Y. Please fix!

The app keeps closing when i click the reservation tab. So i have been unable to use.

When trying to enter the Reservations portal the app crashes every time. I’ve restarted and reinstalled several times but nothing seems to work.

As soon as I click on reservations the app crashes every single time.
