Not very functional
Haven’t had the chance to actually check out the app since my credentials are no longer valid with the new version. My log in from the older app does not work. Very frustrating..
Bad “improvement”
I have had difficulty using this app. The application before this app was seamless.
Can’t even access the app
Can’t log in. Can’t reset password. Can’t even create an account.
Fabulous app
This app is so easy to use! Scan the barcode to check in and to get my towels at Dowd YMCA. Searching for classes is simple and I’m so glad I don’t have to go to the website. Thank you!

Stuck in a loop
Tried to sign in and app didn’t like my password. I reset it and logged in. Came back a bit later and was logged out and logged in with my new password and got a error message that the password was wrong. Thought maybe I’d done something wrong so I went ahead and reset it, and ended up in the same situation.
In the meantime, while I was logged in, I couldn’t find the barcode ID which is the main reason I used the app.
Hope some fixes are made.

Great App
Just the fact that I don’t have to carry my membership card anymore made me fall in love with it. The sleek design and easy to use are just icing on the cake...

Functional & Easy to use
The YMCA of Greater Charlotte app is great. I can see what all classes are available and even create my own goals and workout routines. This is great for me as I don’t need multiple workout apps; I can have everything in one location.
It’s been a wonderful addition to my gym experience and I look forward to seeing how it grows!
