I love the app!
I love the app, but I don’t see any exercises for nosalabial folds or smile lines around the mouth, or worry lines between the eyebrows. I would love to see face yoga methods to target these problem areas. Other than that, I think it’s a great app, with a great concept. Thanks!jilwil82
Quick and easy way to start the day
Really love the 10 min daily routine - easy to commit to. Price initially seemed high, but when you compare it to a product that may or may not work, it’s fair. I can feel the exercises after I do them, which I like. No visible results yet, but starting the day with an intentional practice has been great.Show lessRO-Z-C

Facial tracking bugs
There are some poses that the app can not accurately track so you have to count on your own and then skip the exercise. Whenever you skip it does dock points from your daily exercise, so don’t put to much faith in your score each day.
We tried these poses with 4 different people in different lighting and we all had the same issue with the app. - the poses are; Tongue out to your nose and also the 45 degrees angle hold- the timer stops even if you don’t move the pose.Show lesstalipup
Videos just don’t play
I have had this app for sometime. It’s really useful In the beginning it worked well. Now I can only play about 4 of the videos. It says I have internet issues which is not the case.
Despite re installing I am still having the same issue.
Very frustrating as this is a subscription app and should work 100% all the time.

Liked the visual assessment the app does. It found areas of improvement that I didn’t list as a concern (ie:eyes) though it was a concern, just not a priority over my lower jaw/chin. The prescribed exercises addressed all areas. Tried other “face” apps & liked this the best.cridgewaywu
Not enough variety
I’ve done face yoga for years and there are a lot of exercises you can do missing from this app. The other issue is the face recognition, it doesn’t work all the time. For example when sticking my tongue out it never recognizes that I’m doing it. I like the app to keep me on a schedule but wish it offered more exercises. Videos don’t load
I’ve tried daily work for 3 days but when I tried to watch other videos on area specific videos, only the first one video opens (like 30 seconds) and the subsequent ones don’t load. I get an error message telling to check internet connection, but I know what’s not true. I re-downloaded the app but there’s no difference. I went to Facetory website and it doesn’t recognize me as user, so I wonder if I can get a refund?? I don’t see anywhere I’m the app tech or customer service contact.Show lessisthisabug
Problems with the app. And no one has contacted me.
I ordered the full 3 months without the trial because I thought I’d really enjoy doing the face yoga. Within minutes I had trouble with the app. Unable to get. Onto the second excercise. I tried repeatedly to get on that day and the following few. . My internet is fine I work from home everyday. I reached out to Facetory in the first 15 minutes of having problems and asked them to help or to refund my money. I’ve received neither. Can’t watch the video
I have been using this app for a while and to be honest I love it! However, since I have paid for the new subscription (which is more expensive than the last one because I want to try more stuff), I couldn’t watch any video in the app. My internet is completely fine ( I can still play online game on my phone and use other social media apps). The video keep loading but nothing ever comes up. I was so frustrated that I have tried to delete the app and download it again but still it doesn’t work. I feel like I just wasted my money!!! I don’t mind to pay for another app. It’s just I actually like this app but it seems like I can’t use it anymore :(Show lesssunilusm
