Needs Apple Pay
This app would be a lot easier to use if I didn’t have to manually enter credit card and contact information. It should be auto filled and have access to Apple Pay.
Disappointed
I have crated an account before in the past with two different emails. WHY? Because the app always just gives you such a hard time to reset the password. Log in and it is such a pain adding the credit card option to pay. I was trying to preorder my boba before arriving to the store because I wanted to just run and go and it was so annoying. I went to the store and ordered there I had to wait basically I was trying to avoid this mess. APP is not useful very disappointed I will be uninstalling the app and just ordering at my local store.

UI is terrible.
"Finding" your nearby store doesn't work. If you tap the store, it automatically on the map picks some default one. Then after scrolling through every store to find yours, it says to check back during opening hours even though the store is open.
Since I haven't had the chance to properly even use the app, I can't give it more than 1 star since it basically doesn't work.

Got ripped off
I wanted to invite my cousins for a boba night and ordered 6 orders from this app. I ordered at around 9:30-9:40 p.m. and was getting regular updates of the drinks getting prepared, when the delivery person got them, and when it was arriving. When it was said to arrive, I went outside my gate to get it and was confused as I saw no car outside. I checked the app again and it said my order was delivered. I checked the “Track Order” option and it said it arrived at 8:03 p.m.?? I did not even order it at that time. I called the store and the lady was very nice and explained to me what I should do but her instructions weren’t what I can do. I did have an Uber eats but since I got a new phone, I haven’t been able to sign it to my account, so I can’t see any recent orders (already checked) so I can’t even put “Order Not Delivered”. So yeah just got duped $38 and honestly just disappointed with this app given this is my first impression to it. Never ordering from here again.

Boba time
As soon as I sow a boba was being built I would drive by to check if it was open it’s an amazing place to get boba so many options to choose from, I no longer have to make a long drive to get some now it’s in town, support boba time it’s sooooooo good 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Summer and winter am here.
Mixed emotions
Love boba time and love the fact they have an X large but was so sad today when the girl taking my order said they did not have X Large. Even though they had a whole stack of X Large cups on their work station.
A large is just not enough to satisfy my Thai tea cravings. Other than that they are great.

I enjoy the app it makes it easy but one thing
If they added an option to see the menu even tho it’s not during business hours so we have a way to browse the options
Not bad
I like the idea of the loyalty program but I feel like 15 stamps is too much. Compared to other rewards, this is a bit excessive, especially for $5, not even a free drink. It should be 10 drinks at most. Another issue is inconsistency with mobile ordering. I’ve had times where it would be around 4 pm but mobile ordering wasn’t available when it usually isn’t available past 5. It should always be available so lines aren’t as long and customers can quickly pick up. Overall not a bad app.

Store always closed?
It always says the store I want to order from is closed even though it’s not. I have to order pickup on ubereats and that’s annoying because I don’t get any points like I would from the app. Literally useless if I can’t order with it
