Health Tracker User Reviews

Top reviews

Requires subscription

Doesn’t even seem to have any basics without a subscription. Should have to buy before downloading as it’s pointless to download.

Tracking helps me reflect on my health

Taking the time to sit down and think about my health and it’s role in my day. It has helped me to confront and attack a lot of the problems with my health and live a better life overall.

Tons of misses

This app has a lot of promise based on the UI but way too many issues.
1) For some reason you can’t edit the actual initial setup of a goal afterward (like the icon or color, or scale). Yes you can adjust the goal metrics but what if I want to change how it’s configured?
2) There are two seemingly “default” goals (mood and energy). I didn’t see how to delete them, but rather “hide them”. Hiding them made them disappear into somewhere I wouldn’t know where to look if I wanted them shown again.
3) Metric scale doesn’t have ability to count 0 (therefore making something like counting number of drinks, with 0 being the goal, impossible.
4) Even the feedback form in the app seems faulty. Tried to use it but every time I tried to press return for a new bullet the form disappeared. Unsure if it was submitting or just closing out.
5) The graphs are a good start but I’d like to see a daily chart as well, not just weekly or monthly.

For a paid app this just falls way short.
Canceled my trial.

Hi giamxrie - we're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with having to pay to use our app. Unfortunately to ensure that we are able to offer an industry-leading experience and continue to improve our services we do ask for a fee, but we do try to ensure all users have the chance to really evaluate the app's potential before committing to pay for the subscription through a 7-day free trial. Ugh

I searched Kardia on App Store and this site was the first one to pop up. Downloaded it and I couldn’t figure out how to use my kardia? Why falsely do that? So disappointed that companies do this, it a shame.

Response from developer

Hi LaughingPatti - we're sorry to hear that you ended up downloading our app unintentionally. In no way have we tried to mislead anyone but we do proactively advertise on the Apple Play Store based on various categories such as 'Health' which is why you would have seen our advert whilst searching for Kardia. We apologise for the confusion, but do try to clearly state that we are Healthily through all our marketing communications, and ensure you can cancel the app within 7 days after starting the free trial, to ensure you aren't charged if you end up downloading the app by mistake. Please contact us directly on support@livehealthily.com if you have any further questions.

Paid app

After creating an account it asks you to pay a subscription. It should disclose this from the beginning rather than collecting user data first and then asking you to pay.

Response from developer

Hi Codingchamp!!@Ruby33! - we're sorry to hear that you didn't feel we had clearly communicated that the app is subscription only, we do try to be transparent at every opportunity from advertising, to app store listing, to app onboarding. We do offer a 7-day free trial to ensure all users have the chance to really evaluate the app's potential before committing to pay for the subscription. Please feel free to contact us directly at support@livehealthily.com if you have any further feedback for the team.

Waste of your time

Changing for money

Suitable for kids and teens

It’s great to see something like this created for kinds and teens. The app is super easy to use but still gives a nice overview which you can take to the neurologist if wanted. Especially the mood journal is great for my daughter to reflect on her day and how she’s feeling. That was usually really hard for her to communicate but with the icons she actually likes filling it out!

You cannot use this app without a paid subscription

You cannot use this app without a paid subscription (1-week free trial), which they tell you after they’ve collected your email. Boo

Response from developer

Hi ReviewerGuy25 - we're sorry that you didn't feel like we clearly signposted that you were signing up to a subscription plan. We aim to be as transparent as possible and strive to fulfil this in everything we do. We would love to understand more about what you would like to have seen in the app, and what would have made you stick around longer to test the Free Trial period. Please contact support@livehealthily.com if you are happy to share your feedback.
