Customer trackers aren’t custom ?!

Your feedback is really important to us, so thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're sorry you had trouble locating the support contact email, it can be located via your account settings in the app, under Get help and support, Email us. You can also email us directly via support@livehealthily.com. On the custom trackers not being customisable we are a little confused and urge you to explore the feature further. We make some suggestions (e.g. teeth) but it is up to you what you decide to track and the five fields you use to track things. We will take a look at the user experience to see if it is clear enough. Please don't hesitate to email us at support@livehealthily.com, if you are still having trouble.
