Useful app where you can collect your health information from and track your health.

Not happy

I just hate these apps where you have to register and select all things you want to improve and all that. Getting excited and then, OK , now you have to subscribe and pay. No no no

Customer trackers aren’t custom ?!

Hi I tried to find support before contacting u via review. Couldn’t find it. The ‘custom’ trackers don’t appear to be custom? Just a selection of habits eg teeth etc but I need to put in my own symptoms & habits. How come it’s not fully customizable? Feel u e wasted time putting in all other trackers if I can’t track what I need to & wont be able to use app, can u help please ?

We're sorry you had trouble locating the support contact email, it can be located via your account settings in the app, under Get help and support, Email us. You can also email us directly via support@livehealthily.com. On the custom trackers not being customisable we are a little confused and urge you to explore the feature further. We make some suggestions (e.g. teeth) but it is up to you what you decide to track and the five fields you use to track things. We will take a look at the user experience to see if it is clear enough. Please don't hesitate to email us at support@livehealthily.com, if you are still having trouble.

Not Free

Please don’t advertise this as a free app if you have to pay for the subscription. It feels like a trick to make you download it and then forces you to subscribe. I know it says in app purchases but it’d be a lot less deceiving if you just charged for the download instead of telling people it’s free and then making them pay monthly for it.

Looking Better

Really impressed with new look. Quite smart to realise I’m not going to use the symptom checker that often. Love the new tracking and content. Great update.

Disappointed

After reading the reviews I thought I’d give this app a try, thought it was free, it’s free to install thank goodness but disappointed that you have to pay a subscription, I asked questions about the app and myself and it went back to ask me what I wanted to know several times. I should have pressed exit app.

Wouldn’t work

Downloaded the app and deleted the old one tried to start conversation it keeps telling me to download the new one and gives me the link to the app that is downloaded
