Useless app
It asking for activation code on manual activation code and device id on metal lock is same where as primary code is actual 5 digit defualt password even after enter activation code and device is it says in correct information tried many time in many different ways connot connect with bluetooth either. Cannot contact them via phone coz there's no response useless product and worst service

Can’t control mega expensive Bluetooth lockbox remotely
I bought this very expensive Bluetooth lockbox foolishly thinking I’d be able to add combinations and send them to people while I was at work 30km from the lockbox.
Also I foolishly thought that when an authorised combination was entered I would be able to see this access log in real time.
None of this is true. The phone and this app only give access to the lockbox if physically nearby in Bluetooth range.
It’s basically a piece of junk you can buy a combination lockbox for 10% of the price and have pretty much the same functionality.
Terrible terrible product, useless functionality in the device and app.

Frustrating
Cannot register the lock box I bought. The app asks for an activation code and device ID. The instructions and how to videos do not refer to a device ID. The app indicates it is etched on the body which it is, however this is the same as the activation code. Entering them into the app gives a error that one is incorrect or invalid. Can’t find any guidance on the website and when filling in the contact for I’m faced with an empty captcha box which prevents it being submitted. So far a complete waste of money.

Would like more guest flexibility
This seems to work well on the whole but it’s frustrating to have limits on codes for guests. I can limit times that guests can access the lock if they download the app and use Bluetooth or if I send a temporary code but I would like to be able to give them a code which is only usable at certain times. This doesn’t seem possible. My cleaner doesn’t have a smart phone so she can’t use the app. I wish to give her a code to enter but I only want it available on a set day at a set time. Why isn’t this possible? I don’t want to have to send her a temporary code that’s different each week. It wasn’t absolutely clear this wasn’t possible before purchasing and opening it all up so I feel a little duped by the lack of flexibility on this ‘smart’ set up.

Lock won’t open
Tried everything. The light goes green but I can’t get into my shed. Awful.
HOW DO YOU TAKE OFF THE SHACKLE
What a waste of time and energy. The instructions to remove the shackle are absolutely useless and don’t work
