A complete disaster
Desktop version access does not exists. Forget to be able to create, login etc. to your account through any web browser.

Being tortured by this company
I keep trying to get access to my account every month and I’m not able to sign in with the reset password so there is a problem with their system and they should be sued
Horrible
I can’t leave the app open for more than 10 seconds without it crashing..?
App saved the day
When their website stopped loading, after trying multiple browsers the app worked like a charm to get our account paid. Easy to use and register our account
Not functional
Called the IT and they said the app doesn’t work and there is no estimated time that it will take to make it functional. Not sure why keep it available on the app store until its fixed
Login problem
I am having issues loggin in all the times, better get rid of the app if can’t maintain it. Users won’t have to bear the hassle to login from phone.
App stopped working
The app forced me to update my password, which eventually worked, but then it couldn’t accept my new password. Have to use the website to pay from now on. The app developer must be a total noob.
Needs serious help
My loan has been resold multiple times and this has been the worst experience by far. I always update the appt and still have consistent glitches. Called in 2-3 for help and the help has been great but then I try to log into the app and it doesn’t recognize my username/login. Wants me to re-register. Such a joke.
