App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work, can’t even login, when I try to login with my existing account, it tells me the app requires its own account, but when I try to register, it tells me the account is already there, runs around in loops, contacting customer and tech support didn’t help neither, please get rid of the app and stop wasting people’s time

Can’t even pay my mortgage
I click the button to pay my mortgage and nothing happens, maybe y’all should make the main function of your app to work.
Crappy app
Frequent problems logging in. When it works it’s fine. Very glitchy. Come on people can’t you do better?
Cannot even login
I Keep having issues trying to login to the app. I couldn’t even register my account on the app. I had to register my account on the website. When I tried logging into the app after registering on the website, the app told me to register. When I tried to register again with the app, it tells me I’m already registered. I reset my password and tried to login again but it won’t accept my new password. I met all the password requirements but the “Update” button is grayed out.

Missing iPad app and needs better UI
The App works and is functional yet I am not impressed by the UI and the overall design of it. There is certainly room for improvement and it’s slightly disappointing when compared to other finance-related apps like bank apps and others. For example, there was a notice today that ServiceMac had problems and autopay withdrawals were going to be late for several days. There was no announcement in the app. I found an announcement in the website about the issues they were facing, which makes me believe that the app needs either better integration with the website available data or better maintenance.
I was also disappointed that there was no iPad app. I think this would be a great addition. The bigger screen would make it easier for users owning iPads to navigate accounts.
Overall it is a good app, but lacking of more frequent and visible (user oriented) “continuous improvement”.

Can’t even access account
Try signing in with log in info and it prompts me to register. Tried to register and it tells me I already have an account. Tried to register and log in several more times and nothing works. Worthless app
“Try again later”
Every time I try to open the app I get a prompt "sorry, something went wrong try again later." Definitely not works.
App issue
This app has not been working properly. Every time i try to open the app i get a prompt “sorry, something went wrong try again later.” Ive tried an hour, a week, even a month without checking and still the same malfunction. Ive had to delete and reinstall multiple times on iOS platform. I reinstalled and it work fine then tried to use the app the following day and same issue

App and company are the absolute worst
My mortgage was sold to this company, and from the start it has been the worst experience. Any time I try to log in on the website or the app, it’s a pain and a frustration.
app is saying i missed a payment
i had signed up for auto pay money got taken out of my bank account.. i went on the app to make sure everything is ok and it's saying ima day past due? i then went on the browser on their website and saw that my payment had indeed been processed. long story short this app blows and got me very scared in the middle of a night as a first time home buyer.
