Consider purchasing your tickets directly from the driver instead of using Passer. This is always an option, but getting a refund from Passer is not if anything goes wrong. You will also save money on unnecessary service fees. They do not take responsibility for Tracopa’s poor service. If you’re lucky, you will only get credit to use within a month, which is useless if you’re leaving the country. Passer is a third-party app, and in our case, the departure time on our tickets was 10 minutes later than Tracopa’s departure time. There is no option to chat with a person on Sunday, so if your bus leaves without you (which happened to us) you’d better have extra cash to pay the driver because they will not honour tickets for any other times, even if the driver left before the scheduled departure time.
