Update?
I have had overall good experiences with the app, sometimes the notifications don’t come through but I’m usually still checking to see if my food is ready anyways. And I like the point system, even if I hadn’t had a chance to use it, but the point system seems to have disappeared? I don’t know what’s up with that. Overall pretty good.

Inconsistent but usually quick and easy
Ordered about 10 times and order was ready on time like 70% of the time. App is easy to use and intuitive and, when they're operating on schedule, easy to time when to leave for pickup. Lost a star for long wait times when they were behind schedule bc there was no warning it'd take longer than expected. There should be a way for the employees to vary the pick up time based on how busy things are at the time!

Very effective
The ordering experience is smooth and intuitive. Some features are not as easy to find as they could be, but overall the app gets the job done and makes it clear what stage an order is at, and when it’s ready.
Overall great!
There are only 2 things that bugs me. When I first got the app it defaults to your dining dollars instead of your meal plan, so within my first few weeks at school I had wasted all my dining dollars without knowing. The other thing is when the app switches from lunch to dinner or any other meals, half the time the screen completely disappears and you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to come back so you can order.

Very easy to use and helpful
Super Duper Convenient
This is a great app. It’s not super accurate for when your order is ready, it’s usually ready before but, still you usually don’t wait longer than what it says.
No Way to Contact Support
I ordered food, and the restaurant soon closed before I could get the food. I looked at their support articles which stated to use their contact us link to get the order refunded. I used that link only to learn that my message was blocked for some reason.
Edit: After figuring out a way to contact support, I got a message stating its not their issue despite the fact the support part of the app tells us to contact them. The customer support for this company and app is awful.

Good setup but could use a few tweaks
I’m not sure if this is an issue on the app’s end or my school’s, but I would like an update that allows us to 1)add multiple toppings as opposed to being limited to one of more than eight topping options and 2)remove ingredients i.e. the egg from a bacon-egg-cheese sandwich. Currently, the only way to do these things is by ordering in person, which eliminates the convenience of having/using this app. Also, the particular restaurant that uses this app at my school is opened for two separate shifts, but we are unable to use the app for one of those shifts.

Slightly difficult to navigate but it gets the job done!! Would suggest that after students place their order that the map still be available, because it seems to disappear and I have to pull up google maps. Also, if you add something to your order it doesn’t seem to allow you to remove it? (Or perhaps it does but it’s not clear how)

Quick and Easy
Honestly one of the easiest ordering apps ever. Just simply click the restaurant of your choice, select your food desires, and order.
2 improvements I would like to advise, is #1 have relatively more accurate time expectancy for when to pick up the food. If I see 38 minute wait, I’m gonna order that much in advance. And then when I do, 5 minutes later it’s already ready. #2 for chick fix A, can we please specify if we want sweet or unsweetened tea please.
