Good food, easy to use app, the prep time is a little off-but in a good way. It said my food would be done in 44 minutes and it said it was ready at the 34 minute mark.funbunfunbun

Cannot access “Login With Campus ID”
Is this issue happening for other people? It doesn’t seem to be in the FAQ and there is no easy way to troubleshoot directly from the app. Professor had us download it and many people in the class had no idea how it kept showing us a blank page. No camera to use to take a photo of the ID, no login page. I’m pretty sure this app works but I’ll probably have to contact someone.Show lessPixie Hollow Staff
No option to cancel order
I’m guessing depending on what university,college or business they will have no option to cancel the order even if you pay with your credit,debit or school money.
This is a big problem in my opinion because if the order is already an hour late you will rightfully want and deserve a refund.

Easy & simple
Glad that this app is easy to use and has a simple UI for me to order food. I can easily order food and when it’s ready simply pick it up. Really good appusvocifyzt
Easy to use + useful notifications
This app makes it easy to view menus, and I appreciate that they update the inventory for what’s left. They also give enough notifications so you are aware of deals but not spammed.dancella18

I have had overall good experiences with the app, sometimes the notifications don’t come through but I’m usually still checking to see if my food is ready anyways. And I like the point system, even if I hadn’t had a chance to use it, but the point system seems to have disappeared? I don’t know what’s up with that. Overall pretty good.Show lessOGWhiteShadow
