So easy to use, great for on the go campus meals
I honestly downloaded the app so I could see the menus of places, but I enjoy using it since I’m able to skip lines and still get a great on campus dining experience

It’s works
Not very accurate with the times… it said 18min and took an hour? Also not many options to give feedback back for the different parts of the app. Could have been designed better.

Inaccurate, Inconsistent Information
Between differential restaurants that serve the same food, the nutrition information is different between each one. Why is a burger in one restaurant 800!calories and the other is 200 if they’re both the same burger?

Also, Macronutrient information is completely inaccurate, and should looked at again to ensure students are getting the proper information regarding the food they eat.

Getting better
Could you please add a comment section for meal reviews? I’ve had a few different orders that didn’t include their dipping sauces and I haven’t been able to say so in reviews.

Stopped working
Last week the app stopped working for me. It won’t load to the next screen so I deleted the app turned my phone off and then back on and reinstalled, but now all I get is a white screen. This app is the only way I can order food from the pub on campus so I’m super bummed I can’t get it to work.

TAMU KIDS, JUST DOWNLOAD IT
okay i was sus about this app when a lady was walking around w advertisements a few weeks ago, but i finally downloaded it and it’s freaking amazing. i was wasting half my lunch break in the copperhead jacks line, and now i can order my lunch in class and walk to the west campus dining hall to pick up a lunch that’s already made and i already paid for. i walked up, grabbed my food, and skipped past 75 college kids whose jaws had dropped to the floor. IM NEVER STANDING IN LINE AGAIN. also when you use the app for the 1st time you get FIVE DOLLARS OFF and so my whole lunch was $3 today. okay that’s all.

Easy to use to order ahead!
Super simple and easy to use - mobile order is very convenient and allows you to pick up your food fast when you are in a rush.

Great app!
I appreciate how the app makes ordering food easy especially with how busy I am or when I forget to eat regularly. I just have to order and pick up my food. The points also make it fun to use.

So easy to use and is super fast and reliable. Definitely recommend getting this app so you don’t have to wait in a long line on campus to get your meal.
