From good to bad to horrific
It worked for a little while and then suddenly stopped working and no matter what we did to try and correct the issues it just kept kicking us out. Tried to reach out to their Customer Service and realized that it isn’t really customer service but more like do this, do that, and if that doesn’t work then, too bad. Pump button is not working when bucket is full
Pump button is disabled and not working when bucket is full. I have to go to my basement and press the pump button on dehumidifier.

Get this if you have the Danby dehumidifier
Set up was fast less than 5 min including account creation. I wanted to turn off the dehumidifier without getting out of bed and this app did its thing!Mermaids tu
