Working great for me. Can check humidity level in the room, change set point, adjust fan speed, turn on /off, and pump tank to drain( when hose attached and not using continuous drainage) from anywhere.Braden___
App needs a few more features
AC unit itself is great. I like night mode to potentially save a little money. Why can’t the app offer a timer setting like just the buttons on the actual unit though?Discrete David
How is High only 80% ?
Developers need to fix that High should be 100, not 80. Most people operate the fan at 100%, afterall that is what it turns on to the first time.
There is no way in Favorites or Schedule functions to set the fan speed to 100 (only High, which is 80). This is nuts, who decided that illogic? High should be 100, Medium should be 70, and Low should be 30. Or add another level called “Max” and make that 100. … also, add lever orientation to the Favorite and Schedule functions. That way can set to Swing or Lowest angle of lever as part of those functions; is a 5min IT fix.Show lesstheGmanTx

Good Not Great
App functions fine for my AC unit, but the buttons that you press to set the fan to boost, or put the unit in sleep mode barely change color of the font. It’s next to impossible to see if the app registered the tap of one of those buttons. Pleas make that a high contrast button when activated and you’ll get your remaining 2 stars.Show less“Deriction” is not a word
AC works well for me. The app does too, but “Deriction” should be “Direction” and “Horizontal S” should be “Horizontal Swing”. This really bothers me. Is it that hard to fix? There is also poor formatting in (three dot button) > Check > Details, and bad translation and grammar in (three dot button) > About Device > Description Of Device. Device easily connected to app
Saw a lot of negative reviews, but I had a great experience. Once my account was created I think it took less than 2 minutes to fully connect my A/C unit to the app and start using it. Seems straight forward and haven’t experienced any issues yet. Didn’t think I’d really use the app initially but after a few minutes with it I think it will come in quite handy.Show lessTbejamss
