Favorite third party Tesla app
I've been using Tessie since I first got my model 3 and I have to say it's been the best 3rd party app experience. The UI and capabilities are the strongest (slick UI and frequent updates).
The developer is also super responsive and friendly!

Good but just not worth it
I really wanted to like this. Actually I did, it was a great looking app. However, in the end, it just didn’t do enough to justify spending over $60 a year on it when there are so many other comparable apps with a one time purchase. People are getting tired of every app becoming subscription-based and this one is definitely doesn’t make the cut for a “must-have” when the official Tesla app comes close to the same, as well as other third party apps that offer close to the same functionality. Make this $10 or even $20 and I’ll buy it, but I’m not subscribing to it.

I'm glad you liked it. Tessie monitors your car 24/7 and collects billions of data points for it. This can't be done for a one-time $10 or $20 purchase. Tessie doesn't have ads and doesn't sell your data, so the pricing covers the cost.
The best Tesla app… and I’ve used them all
Amazing Tesla app. This app is what Stats and Teslafi should be. The fact that I could import my history is great.

Powerful and rapidly expanding
Tessie is astounding! I was hesitant to pay the subscription a few months ago, but in those few months Tessie has added (and continues to add!) New tools and features.
This app went from tracking my battery for fun, to being a fundamental part of my Tesla ownership experience.
Highly recommend.

stupid name for an app...
But software engineers at tesla should take note of how lame their in-house app is, and look at this app to see what it could be. This app excels at how much information is provided to tesla owners about their car on an instant basis. it’s customizable, keeps track of trips and shows how efficient your driving is or isn’t. it would be cool if it had a track timer or 0-60 timer, kind of like how the dragy device works but more accurate with info from the car.
beautiful interface, icons, easy to navigate, but some of the graphs are a little confusing and would help if some had more information as to what they were.
maybe make the app icon red also, it’s hard for me to find it sometimes because i’m looking for the red T. and change the name to something more aggressive and less like a VW beetle.

Great features, responsive support
I evaluated several Tesla apps before choosing Tessie. The feature set is comprehensive, UI is reasonably modern, development is active, support from James is prompt and courteous. Looking forward to more useful features. Keep up the great work!
Best Tesla App
I tested all Tesla apps and this is the best. You should give it a try. Has complete driving history, complete phantom drain history. A lot of info into the charge section like volts amps on a certain date

My first App review ever
I normally don’t write reviews for apps. Mainly because I just don’t feel compelled enough to do so. Tessie changed that.
As a new Tesla owner, I looked around for different apps for tracking and managing the car and this one is by far the best of the bunch. Give it a try during the free trial and I can guarantee it’ll be hard not to sign up. Awesome work!

Unable to sync with my tesla account
I have tried number of times and still unable to connect and sync with Tesla account.

Your Tesla login is happening on tesla.com. If Tesla says your input is invalid, it's invalid. If you find the login simply isn’t doing anything, you most likely ran into an issue where Tesla’s login was down out of just bad luck. It has happened several times over the last few months. If you try again, I’m confident it’ll work for you. Additionally, help is directly available at support@tessie.io.
Updating my 4-star to a 5-star rating
Tessie just keeps getting better and better. It’s really awesome to see the developer continually improve this app on a very regular basis so I’m upgrading my 4-star rating to a 5. Based on how much it has improved in just a little over a month, I’m making the decision to stick with Tessie and stop evaluating the other apps, even though they are also making updates and improving. Tessie gets my vote for the best app out there for Tesla owners who want to understand how their vehicle is performing.
