Company don’t know it’s own Policies and procedures
This company is a mess! When u need answers or help with anything I have to call multiple times. I get different answers from everyone I talk to, which makes me nervous since I am uploading my pay to the card. I think it's just better to close out the card as a whole. It would be nice if we could add this card to our Apple Pay wallet and be able to use it in that manner With everything being done electronically today on your phones I think it will be a really good option hopefully you all can get this done for the people that use it in the futureGertrude C

Beware! The app is awful and customer service is terrible! The tech support is clueless on how to assist users, they transfer to different departments because they don’t know how to assist their customers. Great App Just One Problem
The only problem I have with the app is the fact that I can’t access my transaction history past like 4 days if I have multiple transactions. I try to contact support for help but they never answer.DedmanBlu

Help when you need $$$
I have been using this app for about six months now it is nice to know when you are a little short before payday you can take part of your check out or all that you work if your company offers this app I strongly agree to set up the app and get your card through the mail because you never know when you might need a little bit of extra money this app has helped me a lot it’s nice to know you can get your pay every day at no extra cost if you choose to or just use it when times are hard it is also a good way to save money take a little bit every week and put on that card before you know it you can have enough money for a down payment on a car or for whatever you might needShow lesshuskyhound84
Extremely unreliable and rude customer service
This app places $360 on my card today, used the card for $15 and now checked it an hour later as i need the card again, and the money was gone, clicked “contact customer support” i was told that the pay roll for my company is who i had to call, they leave at 5pm, how are they going to add and then take money away from me when noone is even at the company?? On top of the person i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, i tend to have A LOT of issues with this card and company, business owners: if you care about your employees, DO NOT use this horrible company.Show lesswiscowelder88
