  • Technical issues?!

    Everytime I try to sign in they always have ‘technical issues’ not very helpful!!
    No chance to access my money
  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD

    Worst “banking” option.
    There has been consistent “updates” and surprise “investigations” that make your account unavailable for several days at a time. I was randomly not able to access my available pay on Thursday. When I called Friday they said it was under a “investigation” and would be available in 2 days. Which they gave me NO WARNING OF WHEN OR WHY IT WAS BEING INVESTIGATED. After day two I’m still locked out. I called again Saturday for them to give me the same script but now since it’s after Friday I’m going to have to wait till the new week. Thanks to fun little investigation right before the weekend it will be 6 DAYS WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY PAY. Even tho they promise to give you access to your pay after each shift. WILL BE DELETING ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

  • Bad app

    This is a really bad app I think they give people access to your card information to take ur money like it’s a scam I saw someone else in the comment say something about a 782 dollar target purchase and day force would not give them there money back this happened to me about to days ago with a Walgreens purchase all the way from Floridia when I live in Indianapolis they claim that my money will be back in 45-90 days which is too long and not only that they are probably gonna refuse they claim.

  • Adult pay roll service

    This is an awful pay roll service, they sent my card to the incorrect apartment my card was returned when I updated my apartment number I have to wait 10 more days on-top of answering security questions they create not ones that I was asked when creating an account I sent my identification in with a week left until expired and they refuse my id because it’s almost expired, then want you to pay nearly $40 for a new card even tho the mailing address was return to sender. Now I’m almost out a whole pay period waiting for my check, definitely would not recommend this third party service to anyone, the employees are no help once you join you can not deactivate an account very unprofessional, employees will speak over you or not answer your call after waiting 30 minutes. Not worth the headache your employees will get from using this third party pay roll system find someone else.

  • Scam company

    This company stole money out of my account and then declined a transaction twice I was trying send thru cash app.I called the company to ask how does a transaction get declined twice and u still debit the account?they had no answer and basically said I would get the money credited back in 4 business days!!! Don’t bank or put none of your paycheck on this scam card and scam bank unless you like random charges on your statements and your money disappearing out your account.

  • Look at the reviews.

    Yeah i was going to put my info in but now.... yea no. after looks at the reviews i decide to delete this app. I don't think it's worth the risk. i don't want to end up crying cause i couldn't wait for my money and this app just took all of it. nah im good on that. i can't speak for everyone else tho. if it works out for you then kudos to you. Also i have you a one star cause the ppl that were complaining the most, you didn't even reply to them. so yeah no. do better

  • Seems scammy

    I downloaded the app and attempted to connect to my dayforce account. After an hour of buffering, I decided to connect the app to my account manually as instructed (Log into dayforce from a web browser , go to profile, go to settings, go to apps….what do you know. “Apps” isn’t under settings. I can’t find “apps” anywhere on the dayforce website. And now after reading all these bad reviews about losing money. I think I’ll pass.

  • Rubbish service

    I’ve used Dayforce wallet for just over 3 months and I’d have to say the experience has been very poor there call centre advisors don’t understand what you are saying to them you have to constantly repeat your self to them When I did get through they said to me they lost all my details if your employer offers this service my personal opinion is don’t use it
