This new update has my app not loading and saying it can’t refresh due to network but there is nothing wrong with my network it won’t work with Wi-Fi either. Then if you do get it to load it take long time to refresh the available pay please update again. Other than that I loved who’s app until I could no longer use itShow lessMona3307
Give Me My Money!
I needed access to my hard-earned money to purchase groceries but instead Dayforce Wallet blames my internet connection for its own technical issues!
I have perfectly functioning internet connection both cellular data and WiFi!! Everything works except your garbage app! If your app is having technical issues then own up to your own errors rather than blaming others, that’s extremely unprofessional and childish!
I can understand technical difficulties and I’ll be patient but blaming my internet connection when it’s clearly working perfectly fine is a red flag.
I refuse to deal with such unprofessionalism, I will be deleting DayForce Wallet and I will tell my co-workers to tread carefully with this app. I’ll gladly return when it is under new management that understands business etiquette.Show lessGodOfintelligence
FIX YOUR SERVERS
I understand that sometimes the servers go down or whatever. But for them to go down so frequently is extremely inconveniencing. All the other features doesn’t matter if i can’t access my money. Thats what the whole point of having this app. I have 5G, unlimited data and full bars and the app still doesn’t load ip sometimes. If it was a thing that happens every once in a while, but the frequency of the outages make it a bigger problem than it should.
Also the ability not to transfer funds immediately to peer to peer banking apps like cash app is also a weird feature to skimp out on.
The ability to access my money after every shift is a great feature and really the only reason I want the app. This app would be perfect if it just and didn’t have connection issues so much.Show lessAn App power User

The issue I’m having is that it won’t connect to my DayForce profile…it continuously says either session timed out or uh oh there was a problem. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and the problem still exist. I used it once before but accidentally erased it and now I can’t use it.THE MIGHTY FAT ONE
DO NOT USE THIS APP
I accidentally transferred money to a closed bank account. The bank rejected it but it’s been 10 days and it’s not back on my Dayforce card. The initial mistake was mine but it’s ridiculous that I can’t get a straight answer from their customer service team when I call about when it will be resolved. They barely speak English and are not helpful at all. Use a real bank with customer service agents that are not repeating from a script. If you put in a dispute they say it takes 45 days. Always get pay.
I been using day force wallet for a months or so. I love it because I always have money there. But would be nice is they add zelle or something similar transfer fund to another checking account. The transfer option now takes 1-3 business days. Also, It would be nice to be able to lock card. I lost mine and couldn’t lock it so I had to transfer all money to my checking account which took almost 3 days. A locking option would be nice to have so if someone find it they would not be able to use it. 4 stars for now.Show lessJerrylc04
