No day cycle mode
There does not seem to be a way to schedule odd/even days using the app making the whole system worthless to me
Great product
Easy setup. Has saved my 7 year old potted hibiscus tree, in the garage, through the winter. Great product.
Will not connect to 2.4ghz router
I have a dual band router and have attempted to connect the hub multiple times with no success. There is no info to troubleshoot.
Great capabilities and reasonable price
However it seems not to be 100% reliable. Now we’re on a trip and one of the devices on the same network is offline!

This app does not work because the product will not connect. I’ll look elsewhere for a company that us serious about quality control.
Good idea, terrible app.
The concept of this device is great but the app needs a LOT of work. The device goes offline when there is no Wi-Fi issues. Also when you manually run the device through the app, it says it’s off but the timer is running and it’s actually on. You can’t tell if it’s off or on unless you force close and reopen several times until it updates. Unfortunately will be returning to get another brand. Not worth $50, maybe $20.

The functions seem to work but the functions and descriptions are poorly labeled and formatted.

Rain point does make very nice timers. We’ve been using them in our company now for some months and we are very happy with the way they work
