  • This App no longer works

    I put this app on my iPad to keep up with my data and minutes on my cellphone it worked up until the recent update iOS update then it started to give me a message directing me to check my cellphone messages were I receive a message with a link to the website were you can see your data list and all every time I try to login my account this didn’t happen until apple updated their iOS so I’m not sure if you need to update your App but it’s not working & I have tried to download this app on my phone and it won’t download anymore neither.

  • This app is useless

    This app is completely useless. When I login, it takes me out of the app into a website to show me minimal account information which makes the app useless because why did I download an app if it’s just going to take me to another website when I can just go to the safe link website login and see way more information. Don’t waste your time.

  • Not working..

    Everytime I try to log in it sends me a text, I go to the text and it take me to a link. I never get into the app. Why is this?
  • Not Able to check my Balance

    Got my SafeLink number about two to three weeks ago. Every time I sign into the app, the app tells me to put in my number, then texts me a link to go to their website. The website does not tell me my balance, and the app sends me to the website every time I try log in through it. Chatted with an agent online, and she told me to text “BALANCE” to 611611 to get my balance, but 611611 never responds to my text. I text Help to 611611, it shows me the options, but when I choose an option, it does not text me back with the information I’m looking for. I told the online agent that 611611 doesn’t work for me, and she said she would check for my balance online, but she wasn’t able to check my balance online either, it would always come back as an error. Website, 611611, and the app all do not work for me.

  • App doesn’t work

    Spent the entire day trying log onto the app as new lifeline provider. Knew I shouldn’t have switch from standup wireless to SafeLink. Had zero issues with standup wireless when Concerning app. I’ll give this much customer service on phone was very helpful. Specially the last young lady she informed issues with SafeLink. Issues get resolved sooner before later

  • Safelink is a nightmare

    Dealing with the app only all links to website allotment doesn’t update. Support is useless and hangs up on you. ACP takes forever to approve. Still waiting a month later
  • Hi. Phone number not working.

    Yes, I’m having trouble too with trying to sign in to safelink with my phone number. I am also a safelink customer. I am still working on the issue and problem with trying to figure out how to sign in with my phone number. The saga continues. lol.

    I am tired of it saying this app is for SafeLink customers when I am a customer please fix this issue

    Same message every time : “ An error has occurred! Something has gone wrong. We are unable to retrieve your account information at this time. Please try again later.”
