It’s been a month I didn’t received my phone or service, customer service is very bad not helping a bitplease change to english

Why, do I have to sign in to the Safelink (application) service every time, when I didn't sign out of the Safelink (application) service in the first place. And the Safelink application doesn't refresh properly, and when it does refresh it's a blank screen page! And the notification when do they work? 100 years from now! Maybe? And I can't access my account info from the Safelink application too! Is this app for advertising only?Show lessnot2dum

I feel compelled to share my review I have used SafeLink since 2011 and the app is such a breeze I read these reviews what a bunch of crybaby’s you log in with your number and they text a code not that hard to do grow up I love sale linkjamie purswr

Will Not Recognize A SafeLink Phone Number
I can’t log into the app. When I put in my number, it says “Sorry, this is only available for SafeLink customers.” But I am a SafeLink customer. Please fix!!!Keymusic
