Ownership Linking Does Not Work!!!
I would give this app zero stars if that was an option. I continue to have issues linking to my MVC ownership and get a message that says “user already connected to a ownership”. I’ve called repeatedly and am told that the app is broken, there is no information on when it will be resolved and to use the website instead. This has been an issue for many months. Customer Service is extremely unhelpful.
What’s the point of having a vacation ownership with Marriot and mobile app if I can’t use it.

Marriott Vac App
You need to work with the app several times and get to know where everything is at to get you where you want like paying your annual maintenance fees, book your vacation, etc. After you know where to go, the app is useful.

Still CANNOT log into app
I have written before about not being able to log into this app and I STILL cannot do it after months of trying. I have downloaded the newest version of the app and it still does not work. Can someone from the Marriott IT organization explain to me what is wrong and why has it not been fixed after so much time passing?

Marriott Owners Site… Getting Better
I visit the site to book my vacations, to check my account and to see what is new at MVC.
The initial rollout was pretty bad for the mobile app, but it is getting better and easier to book!

Cannot log into app
My wife and I have been Marriott Vacation Club owners since the early 1990s and I never thought I would be giving Marriott a one star rating for anything. Well, that has changed with this app. Totally useless if I cannot log into it. We have tried from both our phones and the frustration just builds every time we attempt to log in. I don’t know if anyone else is having the same difficulties.
Marriott. Please find a way to fix this hiccup so we can go back to giving you the 5-star rating we have come accustomed to associating with you.

Such a great tool, to have the amount of information available in one place, regarding our account. The opportunities to explore the possibilities regarding our travel are amazing. So Thankful for the work that has been done to make this available to us.
This app works great!
I am so pleased with the app. I find what I need and I can book from the app. I can make changes from the app and it tells me more about the properties. I’m really impressed by the app and what I can do with it..
