  • Genuinely helpful app

I’ve tried Calm (premium) which has lots of features, but for me has an intrusive American style. It includes a lot of talking during the meditation practices.

Medito includes more silence - which is more real, and ultimately more helpful. Plus, it’s free which tells you a lot about where it’s coming from.

It has really opened my awareness to the role and power of thoughts in our lives, and how we can choose which ones are worth listening to.

  • It felt, good.

The first time I tried other apps, they just let you meditate like 3 breaths before asking you for your minimum wage. I think that’s just a lousy way to get desperate, stressed out, anxious people to give them money. Medito just lets you go. I would recommend daily meditation, river sounds, 3 to 5 minutes. Trust me. I was very stressed about a few things, and I’m feeling better. I just got this app!

  • The most genuine meditation app

Thank you Medito for creating a comprehensive meditation resource that is actually free!
It’s a pretty simple app and that’s a good thing. Extra bells and whistles aren’t as important as the fact that this is open source. And “simple” does not mean lacking! This app has more guided meditations and variations than I’ve seen anywhere else, and even on top of that you have different voices to pick from. They have a meditation for just about everything.
This app is incredibly thoughtful and I’m so thankful it exists~ Mediation should be accessible for everyone

  • It’s a process and a great one at that

As someone who use to meditate and trying to get back into it it was great. They start off with easier meditation to start off with and get more detailed into it as you go. Soon enough you can do it without the guide. If you your like me and prefer guided meditations and than that is good too. I’m a very stiff and fixated person who plans almost everything in their life. All those things aren’t so good in the long run for the mental health and stress that it causes. Meditation allows me to relax, breathe, look at things with a better view, and overall become a more laid back person.

  • Meditation apps as it should be

First of all, THANK YOU for creating an entirely free meditation resource — this is how it should be. Mindfulness & meditation is for all and shouldn’t be hidden behind a paywall. Not only is this app free, but the user experience is fantastic & easy to navigate. I also really appreciate the fact that they link some of the science that they use to support their practices because there is a lot of literature out there in support of mindfulness meditation & I think it’s important to share the credible sources that this team uses to support their approach. Wonderful app! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

  • Great app with no gimmicks or hidden fees

By far my favorite meditation app; I truly believe the developers actually want to help us without hidden fees or gimmicks. I’ve been using this app for a few months and find I no longer need sleeping aids.
I would like more sleep stories but I understand they take time and money to develop. I’d like to donate; do you have a US address? Thanks!

  • The best meditation App - And it’s free?!

I have tried a few others over the years such as calm premium but was introduced to this about a month ago. I could never get a solid routine going but with this I have meditated every day for the past month bar 1 day and it feels amazing.

The meditations are well built and the courses are well structured. They also don’t typically have background sounds which I like. It feels more like I’m meditating and then every once in a while Will gives a small reminder and you carry on. It also doesn’t feel like an interruption.

Finally, the best part is it’s completely free! They work off donations so I recommend trying the app then donating to keep it going as I intend to do.

  • A precious gift

This app and a project behind it is a clear gem for people’s life. I was on a quest of finding some tool to motivate me meditating regularly, so I’ve checked quite a number of different products. This is the best of them. Medito looks beautiful, nicely designed, has a variety of meditation tools for every taste, and it feels like a good soulmate - not like a fancy spa, or a pushy salesman.
Thank you guys from the hart. I’d love to participate in each option on your modest support tile!

  • Needs some music

After infinite free trials, I’ve tried so many meditation apps, and this is the only one I’ve found that is truly free, and truly good. The one suggestion I have is that some of the meditations, particularly the sleep ones, are missing some music. Without the music, the voice can be too jarring and pull you out of the medication. An option to turn on and off background music would be excellent.
