Super disappointed
Have backed both taxi firms for years, agreed with them over Uber. Ignored drivers taking really long routes for no reasons. But tonight the way I was dealt with was appalling. We have a puppy who is under 3kg in a carrier and were told they don’t take dogs as they are a problem etc. We had 4 journeys previously where we happily paid a premium and she hadn’t even STEPPED foot out of her carrier. But apparently that’s not good enough. Luckily a black cab happily took us at normal rate as they could see how little of a problem she was. How forward thinking of a company. Not

Always answer the phone straight away you can get a taxi quick and the taxi is always on time driver’s very polite cars nice and clean

Great app - just like Uber!
I’m not from Oxford so can’t claim to know the roads, but the two trips we took exceeded estimates and did not seem like the quickest route was taken. Other than that, service was good and the app was easy to use.
