  • App failure

    Tried to submit my proof of stock ownership multiple times without success. Reached out to customer service through the app with no response for two days. contacted cruise line who gave me an email address (which also ended up at the same place my initial request for help went) I sent an email to this address and received a response stating, “we are working to fix it.“ There was an app update in the next day or two (which no one notified me about). I updated, and was able to submit my proof of ownership. I’m now under my recommended three weeks prior to sailing date to receive my perk, so I’m hoping your technology problem doesn’t affect my perk.
  • Carnival needs to change process

    This is very clunky and I still haven’t received my onboard credit. Why can Royal Caribbean have a smooth website for last few years and Carnival not figure it out themselves and try this third party trash.

    Today got notice my submission invalidated because my cruise has started……this is a crappy process, I submitted weeks before cruise date.
    And curious how rating is 4.4 stars when every review since January is basically a 2 or 1.
  • Waiting on App

    I have only been able to access this app in the morning for some reason. It seems like this app slows down in the afternoon when people start using app or logging on. It then freezes up or can not refresh. I was unable to input information in the afternoon only in the early morning hours. This happened on every occasion I logged on. I’m glad I finally got my credit and will no longer need the app.
  • Not worth your time or data

    I downloaded this app because I wanted to take advantage of onboard credit offered by Princess Cruises (CCL, actually). The $100 credit is not worth giving this company so much financial information, let alone my time. The app is not ready for prime time. It lacks basic transparency features. You submit a request and it goes to the ether. There is no record of what you did or what the status of the request is. If this was designed to discourage people from requesting perks, it’s a resounding success.
  • No communication, no perks!

    Submitted my ccl statement to Stockperks and it was verified and sent to Princess, and…….nothing! No communication, no OBC. Sent queries by email, and……..nothing! Somebody owes me $250!

    Update - Got back from my three week vacation two weeks ago. Never got any response from emails, but today I got a reply to the negative review reminding me that I can always reach out by email. 😡 (Princess Cruise Planner was able to apply the deserved credit so at least there is a work around).

    HI - as always please contact us at hello@stockperks.com if you're having any issues. Please let us know if this did not get resolved. Periodically our status emails get caught in spam or blocked. You can also check the status of all your claims in the app.
  • Holland America Line OBC for CCL stock ownership

    The entire process of getting the app, completing the application for benefit and attaching the documentation only took five minutes. Now I will wait to see how fast the confirmation of the OBC comes.

    Some people don't like change. But this is a change seems to work.

    I am very pleased. They came up with this way of getting the onboard credits to our account. It is so much easier since I do not have a fax machine or the ability to scan in an email my information.

    Very easy to use and once you enter your personal information, you get instant credit. Great tool.
  • Confirmation

    Easy to use. It said will get confirmation for eligibility within 2 business days but apparently it will a week.
