  • Having an issue with redeem

    Was able to download the app and setup a user ID. Upload a copy of my brokerage statement. Got an email verified. Logged in the app and saw Carnival eligible companies. Selected Princess. Read and agreed Terms & conditions. Click Redeem and nothing .. retried. Deleted app and reinstalled. Princess cruises shows eligible but cluck redeem goes nowhere. Expecting a screen to enter my Cruise details. Any suggestions?.
  • What a pain

    Trying to get our onboard credit for a Carnival Criise as a CCL stockholder. First you have download app, then enter/submit your documentation proving your a stockholder. Ok that should be it but no. Then after 3 days you get a message that your documents are OK, now fill out the request for the credit on the app. OK but no that’s not it. Now told to wait 5 business days for the next approval.
    Oh by the way, if it’s closer than 30 days from sailing it may not be approved. WHY? Stockperks just told me it would be approved in 5 business days so why are we saying 30 in the warning.
    Complete customer and stockholder no service.

    So confused, after I submitted it goes back to the previous step instead of exits out or let me know to input another person if I have any. Since no instructions, I went back same step and info again and again, till the 3rd time I realized that was wrong but don’t know how to exit out, also not sure if you already something to identify I am the owner of my stocks ?
  • Difficult Go Set Up For A Dinosaur.

    I had difficulty trying to figure out what to do. Phone Apps are not friendly to this old guy. It took a while to get it to link to my brokerage account. I think it is working. Now, I need to wait and see if I get my OBC.
  • Nothing but aggravation

    This app is terrible. Ten times more difficult to get credit on cruise than when sending direct to cruise line. Rejected my “credentials” over and over even though I verified them with financial institution twice. Takes 2 full business days to get a response each time. When I finally managed to submit a “manual” statement it was rejected because it didn’t show stock holding. It most certainly did if they’d bothered to look at the 2nd page. On 5th attempt, got accepted but now must wait up to 5 days for credit to register with cruise line! This is nothing but a scam to get people to give up on getting their deserved credit. I will be complaining to cruise line directly, since its impossible to talk to Stockperks.
  • Asking for way too much PPI

    The app only needs our stock information for one company. It is a privacy violation to be asking for unnecessary stock information as that financial information is private & personal information protected under federal law.

  • Not happy

    First I blame Princess for a lot of this. They changed to you and then didn’t tell it customers. There is no guidance on this app. I finally got in to my Stock Account and you all verified it. But there was no directions on how to redeem it. Now you tell me it might take 4 weeks to redeem but my cruise is shorter than this. I had the Guest Service person send you all something to redeem my points and I still don’t see the credit. I also don’t like this account having all my information. I have never heard of you, so I don’t know how secure this is.

    First time user it was not apparent of next steps, it just stalled. Went back then the system sent you on a different path. Made in the end. Time consuming!!
  • This is not functional keeps rejecting

    I have atick and this process is not working
    Previous methods worked I'm not having success with this app!
    Time consuming dt rejected perks when I have the stock and used the same forms I gave in past verification methods
