Thanks! Glad to help people move away from faxing into the app age! Very slow; never stopped spinning after connecting to broker; required entering name, email, phone number every time, even though all that is available on the account.
Loaded the app, got email address verified, now all it does is crash immediately when I start it. And the ‘app support’ button next to the reviews was equally useless.
Update: the next day the app started working again. I think this app is an excellent idea and once the kinks are worked out, it could be a valuable service. I think they need to work on clarifying what the app does and what to expect.

It would be nice to give customers the option of which accounts to link instead of all the accounts by default.

Downloaded this because I was required to in order to get shipboard credit for my stock. But it crashes when I have the display set to large text. Terrible for folks who need reading glasses!!

First time downloading and trying to make an account. When starting to create, it says "account is already on Stockperks" 😳 really 👎 don't think this will work at all 😬
I downloaded via the App Store. Register myself. Now the app keeps shutting down even before it opens. I have the most recent updates. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and rebooted my iPhone. No change. Plz help.
The app was a bit confusing, but I sent a message and they were able to help me and I got it all straightened out.
