    Your bank charges are too much!! I usually don’t use this acct but once money enters it, you take nothing less than 150 from it and it is really annoying!!!! And regret banking with you

  • Can be quite frustrating to use

    If you attempt a transaction and it refuses to process due to insufficient funds, it erroneously reports a “duplicate transaction” error and refuses to process the transaction when you reduce the amount to be transferred to enable the transaction to succeed. It’s a very frustrating experience and shouldn’t be found in a modern banking app.

    The in-app “report an issue” feature also doesn’t work; it keeps reporting an error that something is wrong and never works. Can be quite the frustrating app to use.

    That star was a big mistake from me, I have a lot talk complain abt my experience very poor
  • Instant refund problem

    It is very terrible that at this point AccessBank can’t refund you instantly even when their they know their system is bad! It is very poor from them !

    I just transferred money now using access more and you know what, this is the easiest bank transfer I have ever done.

    Some of the staff are not reliable. They are less concerned about customers complaints. Is like they’re being forced to work at the bank.

    Hate the fact that my access more app is messing up and no one is helping me out with fixing the problem even after sending all the information I was asked to. I live in USA now and I still have my access more app but I have not been able to do any transactions. Now I can’t even login I don’t have the old number I have on my account anymore I want to change it already sent all of that information via email for over 6 months now and still no help.
