Bring Back Diamond Mobile App.
This App is absolutely a joke. I downloaded this app and I can log into my soo called account, but it crashes when I want to make a transactions. If I want to change to another phone it says I have no mobile banking profile, the same profile I use to sign into another device but wont make a transaction.
I have called Access Bank more than 100 times and no one was able to help me sort this issues. This is over three months now, am hopeless with this app.Show lessugoaustin
App can not open again after update
Good day, pls I don’t know what happened to this AccessMore app cos I have been using it for like 2 to 3 months now and I try to update it so since 3days now I can’t open it again.... pls is there anything going on with app for now10Q Allah
Crashes
Please you guys need to update this app because I can’t carry out any transactions and I’m stranded. After the update the app crashes anytime I want to open it. I use iPhone 6 iOS 15.5.5. Please you need to act fast or else I will abandon the bank and the appibrahomotosho5

The worse banking system is Diamond bank. In this universe, Diamond bank is the most terrible bank. How can you be calling and they hang the calls on you and leave you without meeting your expectations? I was asked to download this app in which I deed but the login process is so annoying. I follow all the steps I was told to but all my effort result in nothing. I followed the procedure but in the end, was “your account is been disabled” for what...? Why...? Then I call back to lay my complaint and my calls were declined just imagine..., the mobile APP is not good and now you are bringing another one. The mobile app only allowed me to do transactions only once a day and any time I try to do the second transaction it keeps on saying “you have exceeded your transaction limit...common..not even a big amount oooh just a small amount but still I can't do another transaction. I laid a complaint about this several times but still, no one could reach out.Show lessKapechinho

It pains me a lot because I keep asking same people for their account details when I can always save it up my self

App not lunching on my phone
It’s a wonderful app I love the interface but for about 4days now I am unable to lunch the app on my iPhone 6, when I try to start the app it shuts down immediately, I have uninstalled and reinstalled from the iOS store but still not working. Please see to this please. Thank you.officialagbonlahor

Please I don’t even know what to do or say I have been trying to open the app all day but it’s not even opening talk more of taking me to the page where I can put in my password. I was to make a transfer today but I could not and the transfer is business inclined I have been crying all day. The worst is that I used this app yesterday to make transfer to a friend and now all of a sudden I can not do anything.

Update not compatible with my iPhone 5
The very thing I loved about Access more was that I could easily download my banking app on my iPhone 5. This made me even love the bank more and for some of us who can not afford the high end phones, this is more than a luxury. Now I can’t access my banking app anymore with the new update.
