Excellent Stellar Service from Staff
I must thank Access Bank staff, Miss Gabriella Ogude, for the stellar service i received on 31st March, 2024. She went over and above the call of duty. Though it was a long distance call, Miss Ogude was patient with me, from helping me set up face recognition profile to accessing my account. Beneficiary
Over one year plus now. All of a sudden all the account details I saved on beneficiary disappeared and never show again. Even when I do new transfer and save the beneficiary. I will login my bank app and click on it for easy transfer then I will never see them again. I don't know why this is happening. Every time I want to make transfers I keep on typing account number and copying this is really bad. I hate this. Why can't I see the accounts I have saved on beneficiary.

Unable to view or access my account
I just logged in to my bank app to send to my family for their monthly upkeep, only for me to see that it’s showing “Accounts unavailable”!

Access bank network transfer issues
Access bank is the worst bank I have ever used I regret joining Access bank they are always having network issues most times when I want to make transfer at the market place because of there constant network issues they keep me stranded I am so tired of all this once there network restores I’m removing all my money from the bank I’m tired of all this nonsense these people are always doing

Business and Personal Accounts
The Accessmore app is great. It actually exceeds my expectations.
I have a business and a personal account with Access Bank, however, I can only log in one account in the Accessmore app on my phone.
If you can create separate Apps for these or a single app having to take two accounts, it will all make things easier for a business and personal account holder.Show lessrola_ugo
