I am still trying to get a refund for airtime purchase i made since September that i never received value for. How hard can it be to trace a payment? If you indeed credited the network provider, send me evidence so I can go demand my airtime and stop telling me the transaction was successful from your end. very confusing. not user friendly
i tried to sign in to the app and it asked for otp. i entered token code and the app just stopped working from there. one stupid error after the other. was asking me to change device. i wonder what that means. at least provide options if i’m not where there’s network for my phone but i have wifi. deleted app. it’s useless.Show lessOs@o

I have read and deleted all notifications, so why am I still seeing notifications alert? It’s driving me nuts.Topesofe
