Now this is a bank app
Now I’m so much In love with the new features and bug fixes. Before I couldn’t save beneficiaries on the app which annoyed me a lot.
Sending proof of payments too now comes in phot or pdf form and not only pdf. Amongst others!

This app is exceptional. The Face ID features is fantastic. Simply banking at your fingertips. The feel and the touch is extraordinarily.
The lifestyle, loans, QR payments, Card services etc are a thing of joy.

Hiding available balance 🙏
Please access bank can you guys put the option of hiding available balance in your bank app it important please. Just as zenith bank does, thank you in advancedamsilva_2x
Not a good bank app at all
I hate these app because it won’t work most of the time almost every day I’m trying to make use of it
The other app is far better than these present one

Saving beneficiary failure
The app is amazing, easy UI and easy navigation. The only recent issue I’ve been having repeatedly is the part where I try to save a beneficiary, it just crashes. If the bugs can be fixed that’ll be cool.AndrewThe2nd

I can’t save beneficiaries or recipients account numbers on this new Access More app. The old Access app has it. It’s quite frustrating when you have to type in the number of someone you transfer money to all the time every time you need to transfer money to them.Avrolis
Unable to Login
Been using the app for about a year and it has had its issues but recently it became worse. About 3 months ago, I tried to log in, but it keeps giving an error. I changed the password several times but nothing. Tried the changed passwords on internet banking and the old Access app and they work. This app get skoin skoin.Show less30-Six
Application not working
I have been trying to get the application to work on my phone for 2 weeks now it always say error error error every day I know my phone is compatible. The App is not working do something about it. Thank youred diamond stone
Efficient, Smooth, Sleek and intuitive UI
I honestly hate writing reviews. But I’m making an exception because I find this app a significant upgrade from my old Diamond bank mobile app. The old app lags and have a limit to transactions which made me almost abandon its use. Nice work Access👍.
