Could’ve been great
The game was fun to play when I first started. Collecting characters to get stronger and complete the map. But now that I’ve finished the maps there isn’t much to do and no matter how strong I get the levels seem to get even stronger with me which makes getting more powerful a waste of time.
There is no one to contact for support!

Fraud with buys something in order to get rewards
I have made a purchase from a list in order to get diamonds for game! However, I have never reviewed my reword, contacted customer service and they told me that they detected an issue with my account without specifying what it is and that I will not get my reward. However, when I have purchased diamonds directly there was no issues with my account! Scam ! And Fraud!Show lessnusha_kat
Adverts are a waist of time!
Every third advert freezes after it has been completed and you won’t be able to collect the reward for watching it! You will have to close and reopen the game in order to complete playing. Watching commercials is not worth it!sireneMaika
Started good, then got crushingly hard.
I really wanted to like this game, and it went well till I got to the Haunted Graveyard arena level. About that time the arena and map level got insanely hard. Outmatched everywhere you look, and that is even with me spending $10 so far. Mind you I am 47yrs old and have played games all my life. Problem is you just can’t get close to enough resources. Gold, gems and supplies are in short supply and I am falling far short. I have about 25 spells that aren’t leveled and endless troops that aren’t leveled. The supplies just aren’t there. So to me the game is badly broken in that you just cant progress unless you grind excessively long or spend massive amounts of money. Unfortunately I’ll be quitting it and moving on to better things.Show lessMJC131
Super basic
The only reason this game was made is to make you buy in game packs. That’s what tap joy does with all their games now days. This game has no back story, terrible graphics, horrible unit balance, and bare minimum customization to call this a strategy game. In this game they let you get to a certain point to where you can’t pass unless you spend days on it. Then they offer you a pack at a “discounted price” to pass it. The pack is trash by the way just like this entire game.Show lesssivile
Not California privacy compliant
This app does not allow California residents to deny collection of personal identifying information- a California resident isn’t to be forced to disclose identification to be used a program offered for sale to others to use the program. I won’t be playing this program as I cannot opt out of disclosing my personal information and it still makes me pay for items in the game even after getting money for selling my personal identification information. I am upset to not to be able to play this game without allowing the game’s company to sell anything they can acquire from my phone when I just want to play a game.Show lessEnderElite
New world map?
The most recent update claims a new world map to have been installed. However the world map has not changed in the least. No respawns and no new map…Rurariest
Unwanted purchases
Game is fun, but twice I have been charged for packs I did not want or ask for. The first was $49 and the second was $99. After completing an in-game quest map, a chest popped up for purchase. The chest immediately started giving me the items in the chest and charged my ApplePay for it. There is no support to contact to correct this. I will have my credit card company deny the charges and cancel payment. Maybe then someone will reach out to meShow lessPhos Acid
Rewards lost??
My last three 8 hour chest to open has not gave me any rewards I click to open the chest after 8 hours of waiting and the chest vanishes but no rewards. The double reward for watching an add doesn’t work a lot ether. The scare of gyms to upgrade units makes it a pay to play game. You’ll eventually be stuck playing the battle that rewards these chest but when the chest doesn pay out your stuck. Can’t go to the next fight cause army is to weak unless you buy expensive in game packs.Show lessIbitzh
Needs work
Is good game and good time passer but they don’t put enough work into it to keep things fresh it gets boring with no new content and levels. Also when your units reach a certain level there power becomes “nan” so you don’t actually know which is stronger, is a stupid bug that’s been for months and needs fixingShow lesschuckerpoker
