Overall the camera works very well. The PTZ has delays in its movements. The 10x telephoto does work well. I have it for about three weeks and I’m waiting to see how long it will continue performing the way it does now. The night colors are great and the SD card works extremely well.alexwassbi
Camera works during the day
The camera works inside the house. I have on facing the street. During the day I can see what the dogs are barking at. But at night the camera reflects in the glass and I can not see anything outside. I have one on my covered front porch and that one I can see if something is out there.gilroyjt
Great product
So far it works great. Only problem I have is getting push notifications and that’s probably because I haven’t figured it out yet. But other then that works greatDes_f
Easy to use
The app is pretty straight forward actually. Like most things the more you use it the more everything makes sense. The delete files button wasn’t where I expected it but there is a way to manually delete files that are stored. The time tripped me up too but I finally realized to leave the start time at 00 and set the end time at 23 59 to delete an entire day (you have to section a day at a time). Other than that I like playing around with it.renogal67
Update
I love the update they just did that puts the play back into small sections, it is much easier for me to look back at certain sections. I use it to see when my mom with Alzheimer’s gets up, picture quality is good, very easy to use and the person on the other side of the camera can understand what I am saying.Medic1emt2
Security in an instant
Very impressed with clarity of both day and night vision, now I can monitor visitors to my adobe remotely and communicate as they exit vehicles. Camera does require programming prior to installing and a micro SD card is needed. Lights can be manually turned on or off remotely depending on strength of internetcody design

Flexible to use anywhere
This product is good and flexible and the basic functionalities are really good. The other functionalities like cloud play back that have never worked for me, yet work for my wife’s account even though we both pay for the same plan.Clock-a-Ho-bag
