Not user friendly
Very complicated app even just to submit the vaccines certificate. Please simplify your procedures, I have 1 certificate listed all the 3 vaccines why do I have to submit one by one. seriously, this is exhausting.Susan0115
Unacceptable privacy issues
Terrible app with serious privacy and security issues. I’ve been receiving spam and attempts to break into my email account since the moment I registered on it. I downloaded it to be able to enter Indonesia as a tourist, but it wasn’t even necessary and nobody asked for it on arrival. I’m trying to delete my account and all my data from it but there’s no even an option for that.Show lessFran_9086
No issues
Worked perfectly fine for me, uk covid vaccine details uploaded and approval received a few hours later.
Only issue I had was finding the menu to have app in English. It would be better if the word English was in English, so English people can find it !trippy76
So many glitches and error
Not to mention that the customer service also not the best, no one responded to the complaint. we ve tried many times uploading the foreign vaccine card to the website for the traveling purpose but all failed , kept asking for vaccine dose #2 when you’ve already filled out the application. Finally, I give up.
If this app is the requirement to enter the Indonesia, how could we can get thru the airport if the app itself is failed. Please put more attention in this if it’s so important requirement to the visitor especially the foreigner.

Worst Apps ever!
Even if you’re Indonesian Citizen but if you just only have passport for your ID (have KK, expired KTP) and you got your 3 COVID vaccines all from outside Indonesia, good luck for getting approval. It didn’t even give you option to choose passport as your ID.Ratna Ithink

Terrible. Unacceptable. One of the lowest pieces of software to ever be released.
All it does is cause unnecessary stress and anxiety at a time when people should be excited about there trip.
Even if you can get it into English it just switches back to Indo at will. And even using Google translate it doesn’t work. I hope the people who develop apps like this have a plan for when AI replaces them and does a proper job. Which isn’t very far away.Show lessWorstSoftwareEver
