Very Confusing app
I am trying to upload my international vaccination certificate and it won’t allow me to do it.
I have tried numerous times and still it says I have not submitting properly.
I am traveling to Bali and want to update everything but this app is so hard to navigate.¥r_kh
Terrible App
As someone of Indonesian ethnic and can speak fluent Indonesian, I must say that this App is absolutely terrible. First of all, it is not foreigner-friendly, where it does not allow for English language. Users must navigate through using Indonesian language. It is certainly a non-negotiable for an App that is “mandatory” for travellers to be user-friendly for all. This is absolutely disappointing and the government should take control of making an “App” that is supposed to be “mandatory”, user friendly.Show lessQWERTYMAIDEN
A nightmare
The peduli lindungi app worked. But the SATUSEHAT app will not register any of the vacine certificates and information. How are we meant to comply when you app dosent work for visitors!!MDS112
Not able to upload vaccine records to this trash app
When you fill out all your info on the app and try to upload your vaccination information, the app continues in a loop saying to confirm your passport info and you can’t continue.hkffkjggj
Time wasting app
After travelling to Bali last November and remembering all the difficulties I had in trying to fill the app out for 4 people let alone 1 person I Got totally frustrated to the point, if they wouldn’t let us in we’d go back to Australia. After an hour of frustration and one filled in, they let us through ????
As we are going back, I’m trying to fill out the app in advance and have no problem adding my details and vaccination, but where I have added my wife’s profile it won’t let me add her vaccinations.
From the time I finally found the app, to hours later trying to add my wife’s info without success, it has been a waste of my time.
If someone is going to respond to this, can they do it in English please?Show less“”””””””””
Awful
Unsure why foreigners are made to download an app that has set up almost all in bahasa. Can’t upload international vax certificate or vaccination record. Just wasted 2 hours trying to do stuff.ING lutfen

Worst app ever
This is the worse app ever, constant updates and now newest update is just an endless loop, cannot update at all. Total junk app.Tim L B
App not working
So the app was working perfectly. Had my vaccine status verified and uploaded. Since version 5.3.1 the app is stuck on the screen which says it needs to be updated to the latest version. When you click update it does take you to update but no update available as 5.3.1 is the most recent version.

App doesn’t work
This is the worst app I have ever used. Tried to upload my covid certificates about 10 timeC each time putting all the data in and then on the final page the app crashes and says ‘reload or try again later’ and the exact same thing happens, having to put all my info in again each time.Chloewhiting
