I filled out this form , and now you have changed the name to
Satusehat , which is all in Indonesian. I now have to redo for members of family ,BUT , it’s all in Indonesian , can’t understand . I did not receive any password or codes previously.
Please put up a form in ENGLISH , so tourists can fill it out .
People want to have things running smoothly when they land at your airports. Fix it .

Most unreliable App ever!
Filling in will give you high no! Tried downloading uk Covid passes - doesn’t recognise them or refuses them as not acceptable, or you’ve tried more than 3 times to download…try again tomorrow! Then takes you out of English and goes to Indonesia- can’t change page to change back so delete app and re register! So much more besides!Show lessNannyjack60

Hello, In regards to vaccination done outside Indonesia, kindly register yourself through PeduliLindungi at 'Vaccine and Immunization' menu. Choose 'COVID-19 Vaccination' then choose 'Vaccine Non-Indonesia', Complete your vaccination data and click Submit. You may send an email to vni@dto.kemkes.go.id for any further question. Not user friendly at all. To enter a birthdate you have to scroll through the years by month rather than a drop down which takes forever. It’s not intuitive at all.Debs1364
Pose and confusing app.
I received 5 vaccin. The app asked max 3. The first, second, third. What about the 2 last one. I think they are more important as they are more recent !!!

This app is very difficult to use. It has been 9 days and I still don’t have my certificate. Additionally, I have been completely unable to enter my phone number after many, many attempts.Walden380
Maintenance Issue
I registered myself on the PeduliLindungi app under the 'Vaccine and Immunization' menu > 'COVID-19 Vaccination' > 'Vaccine Non-Indonesia' a few days ago. However the system is currently under maintenance: “ Due to routine maintenance, the Submission and Verification of Non-Indonesia Vaccine Service will be inaccesible from 2-7 February 2023.The service will be back online on 8 February 2023.” (and my the vaccination is still pending approval).
What is the backup plan for people entering Indonesia during that maintenance period?

Tried to login for my latest trip. Login failed as it says I’m not registered. So I try to register with my email address and even phone number and it says I’m already registered. Caught in a loop here.
Going to create a new dummy email address to try and get around it but I suspect that it won’t allow multiple registrations for one passport number
Needs to be sorted as my trip is in 4 weeks.Show lesstoddska

it’s a good app to get the vaccine data verification approval.
Quick and easy.

The app is definitely not user friendly and doesn’t seems to work the majority of the time. Impossible to get support. The what’s app is not working.
I have received a confirmation that my vaccination verification was approved and to update the app, but it is not allowing me to do anything. Thus, no certification can be produced. What to do????Show lessVéronique00008
