Difficult to use. Even though the language started with English, not all information was presented in English. Unable to add a child vaccination certificate. even though your child is entered as a “foreigner”, the app insists on asking where the child went to school in Indonesia. I guess Indonesia does not welcome children into their country. Extremely difficult and frustrating to use, the government should ask for a refund from whoever designed this app.Show lessDeveloper Response

Poorly designed and required to enter as a tourist. Uploaded my Covid vaccinations can’t find where to see if it was approved. Click on learn more resources and there’s no English version. You’d think they’d put a little more effort into an app that millions of people are REQUIRED to use.Developer Response

Not well equipped for foreign nationals. Very hard to edit data. Can’t log in via mobile if you have a “0” at the start of your cellphone number. All help via chatbot in Indonesian. Not good.Developer Response

Finally after talking to 3 people from kemkes whatsapp I got my certificate validated, but now on the profile still showing ‘not vaccinated yet’. Talked to the ‘fourth’ helpdesk person, and was told to ‘just ignore it as the colour is already green’. I have had bad experience with indonesian immigration and do not want little stuff like this to become a bane of my long haul flight. Can you please please please fix things as simple as these? 3 vaccines should be = already vaccinated? What is wrong is the programmers?Show lessDeveloper Response

I have gone through all the steps. Uploaded vaccination cards which can only be PNG or JPEG format. According to the website they can be up to 5MB in size. After submitting my data I got an error message. „Only under 500KB allowed“. How can three scanned pictures be under 500KB????? And why are PDFs not allowed? Then I was forwarded to an automated WhatsApp chat in Indonesian language.Show lessBeyond frustrating
Registered on website using email address. Then tried to login on mobile app which indicated user not found, so tried registering again on mobile however it said user already exists … so now stuck in circular situation where can’t login and can’t register.

Hello, In regards to non-Indonesia phone number registration, make sure that the phone number you are using is connected to WhatsApp as the verification code will be sent through it. Date fields: please allow to type it or individual day, month and year scrolling rather than calendar scroll. If you are born in the 1950s, you’ll spend at least 15 mins just scrolling the calendar to find the right month.
Foreign Individuals should be allowed to register and upload their vaccination certificate.

I have a problem with non-indonesia vaccination, even I’m Indonesian citizen. Certificate invalid, NIK can’t be Blank, NIK doesn’t match with full name. Chat after chat with many admins through whatsapp, takes more than months, repeating every single details but only template answer, no solution, no result until now. Can’t use this app! Useless! Very confusing. App only allows for entry of three vaccines (I’ve had more than three) and does not make it clear which method to use and does not recognize QR Codes.
