Not Foreign Friendly
One year later and this app is still the worst. I still cannot send in my foreign vaccination status verified and every other countries make it easy. This feature is so basic and high priority, but the developer and government do not understand such trivial matters. Typical Indonesia.Gary93039
Reasonable but require improvement as a global app
In indonesian, the above translate to ‘kurang lebih ok, tetapi perlu dimajukan sebagai aplikasi global’. Because this is a mandatory local and visitors app, it would be logical to have a full English version and the government should continue to progress this to backed tourism. However with probably only 10% of 280M registered population in the country speak fluent English, it is somewhat understandable that the app is not perfected in english. English speaking users that complained should perhaps stop being privileged and be more understanding.
I have seen how my Indonesian families use the app and it works well, HOWEVER, I acknowledge it would be 100% improvement to speed up international vaccine verification time. It took 2 months for my certificate to be processed in the app, for less than 2 weeks trip, unfortunately unplanned due to a funeral. During this period I had to carry paper vaccine certificate all the time and could not make use of the app. Hope it will be improved soon when I pulang kampung in 2023.Show lessKRatKat

Hello, In regards to vaccination done outside Indonesia, kindly register yourself through PeduliLindungi at 'Vaccine and Immunization' menu. Choose 'COVID-19 Vaccination' then choose 'Vaccine Non-Indonesia', Complete your vaccination data and click Submit. You may send an email to vni@dto.kemkes.go.id for any further question. On the website and app, text and email, no verification code ever comes and I need it for 36 hours from now. What can I do?haylllllssss

Not user friendly at all. Indonesia needs all the information but don’t make it easy to add it all. Especially adding a second member (husband/wife)
When looking at FAQ it reverts to not being in chosen language of English. How are we supposed to follow this???My Citibank
No email or whats up registration
Trying to register for this app with the final step requiring to enter a digit code that is supposed to be emailed or texted. Tried 2 different email addresses, checked spam folder and requested they WhatsApp and no code gets sent.

The main issue I have with the app is that they claim that users can now register their international phone number.
When I went and did that, I never received an SMS/WhatsApp message at all.
I have been trying this for the past 2 weeks and still no progress, no incoming SMS.AzzYung
Unable to validate international vaccine certificate
Trying to submit my Non-Indonesia Vaccination Record in the apps but it’s not working. Apps says “If you have an EU certificate, you can simply verify it by taking a photo of the QR code attached on the certificate.”
Still looking where to scan the QR code…….K5crayon

I uploaded vaccination information on Oct 23. It is Nov 2 and still waiting for approval. Even emailed them and they were going to expedite processing…. So much for that. Fly out on 9 November, just hope I can get in places with my actual vaccination cards. No other country has been so difficult!
Nov 4 now…vaccinations still not approved. Response says that verification is done by local embassy. Such a crock… local embassy would have NO idea how to verify this information.
Hopefully, somebody can help us when we get there. This app is useless. Never had this problem with ANY other countries!Show lessSandianc

Upate. They sent a new version with an updated interface. It totally erased my previous profile, which was incomplete anyway. It is equally idiotic as previously. For example, if you do not have a WhatsApp, you cannot complete your profile. What does WhatsApp have to do with a government document? I hope there are mental treatment facilities in Malaysia to help the programmer. I’m not being facetious. That is the only possible explanationShow lessasahersh
Doesnt work
In the beginning of registration, you have or can choose Passport number or NIK from your KTP. In the end, they required both numbers to be submitted. Start all over again with all of the documentation. At the end, we can't proceed with the infomation. Frustrated with the whole process.Thom :CuPu:
