user unfriendly
A very poorly thought out an unfriendly user interface. Does not support non-Indonesian phone numbers.
If you try to submit some thing and it is not right it erases many of your previous inputs and requires that you enter them again. The registration process is very difficult to complete. it took me over a dozen tries to complete.
This application is mandatory so we have no choice but to use it. If it was a competitive market it would be last.Show lessLar_P

This is terribly buggy and unreliable. The team that created this must be embarrassed.
The app barely works, often times not loading the certificate. I cannot get all of the certificates into the app, the website gives me errors and then tells me to try again tomorrow. After trying again tomorrow for several months I give up. Customer service does not help either :(Show lessbetter_software_developer
Waste of time doesn’t work
Have spent hours in this app and had to buy my son a phone so he could have the app too. Can’t upload vaccine certificates. Whole process stressful and complicated. They should just say to bring your hard copy vaccine certificate to board plane and enter the country as well as the negative 2x24 pcr test result. Much simpler than all this red tape. Uploading vaccine certificate.
I have been trying to upload my vaccine certificate for months and still no success.
When attempting to upload it keeps telling me my details are wrong.
My details are already on the system.
It would be easier if I could just import my certificate from my documents!!

Ok is it just me or should i be able to add my certificates from australia into this app??
Cos i dont get it i cant add anything the mobile number wont let me change to +61 its permanently fixed on +62 cant even deactivate and start again yes stupid me did e-hac first elsewhere and then found out add this app first so again cant delete anything to start over what a nightmare all round
Hopefully i dont need this at the airport and can just show paperwork if not well im going to be stuffed

This is one of the worst app in terms of design. Definitely not user friendly. Why do you it so difficult to even change the birthday. You have to move month by month. Whoever design this app should be fired. What about translation at least in English. You are expecting tourists to use this app then at least make it friendlier to use. USELESS!!!Show lessdrhome1212
Having trouble entering vac info
Hi there, I’m having trouble entering my vax info. I have verification from Kementerian Kesehatan, I have had 2 vax and 1 booster. I’ve tried all dates and vaccines as listed on my certificate but unable to complete. Error message is about vaccine or dates. Any help would be appreciated as there is a group of us wanting to come to Bali in April. Blessings.Show lessTriptoBali

Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience. Should you have your vaccination data fully approved by Ministry of Health of Indonesia, you may download you VNI card through 'Vaccine Certificate' menu on the application as well from website pedulilindungi.id . Input all the data required and choose 'Foreign Vaccines' on 'Vaccine Type' field. Thank you Stay healthyKeeps on logging me out!!!

Absolutely terrible app if you are a foreigner in Indonesia. Have tried for months to get my cdc administered Vax card validated. It was validated by Indonesia authorities but is non discoverable in the app. I have tried repeatedly for months… and support is virtually nonexhistant. I see several other foreigners showing their paper vax card at malls and such so I assume they have had similar difficulties.Show lessDaleUNH
Crap app!
This app is perfectly useless for international travel. Impossible to upload a vaccine certificate unless you are vaccinated in Indonesia. Won’t allow you to input anything other than an Indonesian phone number. For some strange reason it allows you to input your correct date of birth but whenever you “save” the result it defaults to January regardless of what month you input??? I sincerely hope that no one was actually paid to “develop” this app???Show lessHerb347cc

Once you have submitted your vaccination data, it will then be verified by the embassy (or by Ministry of Health of Republic of Indonesia for Indonesian). You will received an email once your request has been fully approved. Should you have any further question related to vaccination done outside Indonesia, please send an email to vni@dto.kemkes.go.id. You may register yourself in PeduliLindungi application using the email address that you use when you submit your vaccination data.
